MindTree Consulting, an IT and R&D services company has released a book titled ‘All About Integrity’, for all the stakeholders of MindTree, including its employees and partners.
The demand for talent in the IT industry today is at its peak, and with this demand comes the challenge of building a shared understanding within an organisation, of what is integrity and what constitutes a breach of integrity. As a company, MindTree considers integrity, be it within the company or outside, to be one of the key principles that its people should abide by. The book covers the company policy on integrity, and also includes real-life cases of breach of integrity at MindTree and the manner in which they were resolved.
MindTree Consulting Chief Operating Officer Subroto Bagchi said, “The idea behind this book is not to scare people, but to reinstate the importance we give to our values, of which integrity is the keystone. The Integrity policy at MindTree applies to all MindTree Minds irrespective of level, role and location and the book is aims to encourage MindTree minds to seek help when in doubt in matters involving integrity.
