Motorola’s Ruey Bin Kao Wins 2006 China Business Leaders Award
Motorola has announced that Ruey Bin Kao, president of Motorola (China) Electronics, has won the 2006 China Business Leader Award for leading the company to carry out its corporate social responsibilities in the country.
The Corporate Citizenship Award is one of the five award categories of the China Business Leaders Awards 2006, which is jointly organised by CBN-China Business Network and CNBC. The winners of these awards were selected by a panel of judges, led by academics from the University of Chicago School of Business and DDI, global consulting company of leadership development.
When receiving the award, Ruey Bin said, “Our purpose is to share our CSR concepts and practices, and to encourage more companies, foreign and local, to join our efforts. Our purpose is to help build a harmonious society.”
