ObjectWeb EasyBeans: EJB 3 Based Open Source Container
The ObjectWeb open-source consortium announced Wednesday the creation of the EasyBeans project. EasyBeans aims to offer a pluggable, easy-to-use, open-source container based on the EJB 3 (Enterprise Java Beans) spec. EasyBeans can be deployed on a Java EE application server such as JOnAS, or used stand-alone without requiring the deployment of a full-fledged J2EE app server.
Binary and source package are available in the download section.
Source package contains ant tasks allowing to build quickly EasyBeans with its examples.
Binary package (TCK Untested) is for using EasyBeans with the JOnAS application server.
