Symantec will double its headcount in India the next couple of years, even as it starts making small steps to enter the domestic market with its products, according to a report on The Economic Times. " In the process of expanding its presence, Symantec will set up centres in other cities in India, changing its current status of having an R&D centre only in Pune. Symantec established its Pune development centres through acquisitions, primarily of storage major, Veritas."
