India's fourth-largest software services exporter, Satyam Computer Services Ltd., said on Monday that its board would consider a bonus share issue on April 21 along with its fourth quarter earnings. Shares in Satyam were up 2.4 percent at 835.80 rupees in a weak Mumbai market. [Reuters]
