Photronics Q2 Earnings fall on Restructuring Charges
Semiconductor equipment maker Photronics has posted lower second quarter earnings of USD 5.27, or 12 cents a share, from USD 10.6 million or 28 cents a share in the year-ago period.
The company said its quarterly profit fell because of costs from restructuring in its North American operations.
The company said its results included USD 114 million charge for a previously disclosed restructuring. Analysts on average had forecast earnings of 21 cents a share on revenue of USD 115.9 million, according to Reuters Estimates.
