Tibco Software Inc. has appointed Moti Thadani as vice president and general manager of the TIBCO Pune Competency Centre. The TIBCO Pune Competency Centre is a strategic research and development lab for inventing new software and delivering applied innovation to customers globally.
In his roleThadani will oversee product development, quality assurance, technical documentation, release engineering and customer support for TIBCOA’s service- oriented architecture, business process management and business optimization offerings. In addition, Thadani will be responsible for driving academic initiatives with leading universities bridging the gap between industry and academia to create leaders of tomorrow.
With more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Thadani’s expertise encompasses designing, analysing and enhancing complex, high- performance, scalable software products, such as operating systems, network protocol stacks and infrastructure platform products.
Thadani has been awarded four US patents in the area of distributed computing.
