The Sage Group plc has unveiled its portfolio of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for SMBs in Asia. Sage will be launching ACT! by Sage, an entry level CRM solution; SageCRM.com, an on-demand CRM service as well as on-site deployable and configurable, full suite CRM; and Sage CRM SalesLogix, a customisable, full suite CRM.
"We hope to grow our CRM business by over 30% in this region as our Global CRM initiative is in place and our award-winning portfolio of CRM solutions available now," Low Gee Sing, Managing Director, Sage Asia.
As part of its Global CRM Strategy, Sage has formed a CRM team in Asia. In addition Low hopes to leverage on Sage’s Global CRM Organization, headed by Dave Batt, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sage Global CRM.
