Microsoft has unveiled ‘the ultimate keyboard’, a wireless rechargeable, backlit desktop. The keyboard features ambient backlighting system that has the ability to automatically turn on its backlighting when the room’s light are down when the user steps out.
The keyboard also has a 30 foot range, and has a USB-enabled keyboard for connecting it to Xbox 260. Microsoft has also moved the Windows key to below the spacebar and added a Media Center button. With the use of Bluetooth, both the keyboard and the mouse are connected to the PC.
The ultimate keyboard features sleek design with authentic metal accents that will be only one inch of height at its tallest point.
The new product will also be integrated with Microsoft's upcoming operating system, Windows Vista.
Microsoft has not yet announce the availability date or pricing for the new product.
