Cybernet Software Systems (CSS) Group, headquartered in the U.S., has announced that it would set up an IT services subsidiary in India named 'CSS Software India’. The company cited growing domestic market, increased awareness of IT as a business enabler and increasing spending on technology by companies.
The company already has a presence in the country and employs around 150 employees.
It plans to open 12 offices across the country in the next three to six months and also would be hiring an additional 500 professionals in the next 12 months.
The new subsidiary will offer software development, testing and infrastructure management to target the telecom, banking financial services and insurance, retails and manufacturing verticals. It has already been providing its services to 10 companies in India including private sector, banks, telecom providers and automobile manufacturers.
