Cyberstar Infocom, a distributor of IT peripherals, networking products and components has introduced Lexmark's X500n and X502n color lasers in the Indian market.
The X500n is a multifunctional device featuring functions such as color copying, scanning and printing. Sporting a 128 MB RAM Lexmark X500 prints at speeds up to 8 ppm in color and 31ppm in monochrome.
Additionally the X500n features standard paper input capacity of 250 pages, while the maximum paper input capacity is of 780 pages. The key feature of the X500n would be that it supports all types of media including envelopes, paper labels, glossy paper, card stock, plain paper and transparencies.
The other newly launched printer is the X502n all-in-one laser printer featuring facilities like printing, scanning and copying.
The Lexmark X502n color laser printer is equipped with an Optical Character Reader (OCR) that enables the consumer to scan documents directly into spreadsheets or word processing formats.
Like X500n, even the X502n supports all media such as envelopes, paper labels, glossy paper, card stock, plain paper and transparencies.
"With the launch of X500n and X502n Color Laser multi-function printers, Lexmark continues to set the standard in delivering fast, affordable and high quality printers for workgroup or departmental applications," said Raj Rathi, founder and CEO of Cyberstar Infocom.
Both the color laser printers are capable of scanning directly to computer, fax, email, application or network folder, allowing users to streamline their business processes. X500n and x502n incorporate Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
“We are confident that both these printers will find good acceptance amongst target communities in India,” added Rathi.
The Lexmark X500n and X502n are available in the Indian market with 1-year onsite repair warranty and 2-years onsite repair extended warranty at Rs. 36,000 and Rs. 45,000 respectively.
