ASUS Launches First Royal Club in Bangalore

ASUS recently announced its expansion of service outlets in India with the launch of its first in Bangalore and second exclusive ASUS Royal Club in India. The company has also announced this service center especially for component products like motherboard, optical drives and graphics cards.

ASUS Royal Club will offer basic training sessions about ASUS’ technology from trained service engineers to customers who register themselves at the service center. At these exclusive service centers, ASUS will provide free diagnosis for all notebooks. This along with its toll free number that was started earlier this year will help to provide world class service to ASUS products, claimed the company.

ASUS Royal Club is a part of the investment of Rs. 20 crore that the company has allotted to expand its service initiatives in India. ASUS also added that customers who register themselves at the Royal Club within one month of its opening also get an extended three months warranty on their ASUS products. By the end of this year, ASUS also plans to open one exclusive service center in Delhi, Kolkatta, Chennai and two each in Mumbai and Bangalore. It has also announced a second service center to be opened in Bangalore within Q4.
