Aztec Software Q1 Net Income Up 26%
Aztec Software & Technology Services Ltd. has reported higher second quarter net income of Rs. 9.27 crores, a growth of 26 percent from Rs. 7.38 crores in the year-ago quarter.
Consolidated revenue for the quarter was Rs. 59.48 crores, a growth of 41 percent from Rs. 42.28 crores a year-ago.
During this quarter Aztecsoft added 16 new clients with a good mix of large and small clients. The total active client count increased to 80. The client additions include business leaders in Data Management, Middleware, media streaming, large ecommerce portal, and Wireless. This quarter saw significant customer acquisitions in Wireless domain which is the latest addition to our Technology portfolio.
V Chandrasekaran, MD & CEO of Aztecsoft said, "We saw a robust growth in business acquisition with 16 new customers. Our delivery excellence has been reinforced with CMMI Level 5 assessment and ISO 27001 for our Security Process. We are key product engineering partners for our clients and we will continue to provide differentiated technology or service offerings to them."
