Jamp! Java, Apache, PHP, MySQL Installer

Current Issue

Jamp! is an unattended Java-Apache-PHP-MySQL installer that will help set up your Java/Apache/PHP/MySQL development environment in a jiffy. Alexander Netkachev's primary goal is to provide the developer with command-line tools for basic Apache/PHP/MySQL management tasks. In the second version, the tool-set was in a form of several JScript script files.

Using the tools is as easy as unpacking the installer to the root folder of your disk. This will create an "amp" folder with a few files and folders in it. To install JAMP packages you can either rename or move the folder to any location and run the "install.wsf" file or create a JAMP_FOLDER environment variable and then run install.wsf from the "amp" folder.

Since this is not a only one way" installer, you can change installation options such as default service names, ports, installed services, etc. Once the installation is complete, you will have Apache 2.2, PHP 5.2, latest PHP CHM manual, MySQL 5.0, and MySQL GUI Tools (which include MySQL Query Browser, MySQL Administrator, etc) in the JAMP folder. You can also install additional packages such as the Dojo toolkit, JDK 6 update 2 and Zend Framework.
