Check Point Software Gets a New Face for VP Sales
Check Point Software, an Internet security provider, recently announced the appointment of Itzhak Weinreb as the Vice President of Sales for Asia Pacific and Japan.
As the Vice President of Sales, Weinreb will oversee and lead the entire sales operations in nine offices in Asia Pacific and Japan. According to the company, Weinreb will further drive the co-operation between Check Point and its partners to greater heights by leveraging on the emerging business opportunities in the rapidly growing Asia Pacific region.
“Mr Weinreb has the knowledge and experience that Check Point can depend on to build our Asia Pacific business to the next level,” said Amnon Bar-Lev, Vice President of
Field Operations.
Prior to joining Check Point Software, Weinreb served as the COO of Comverse Network
European Division, a provider of software and system enabling enhanced services for wireless and wireline communications service providers.
