ManageEngine NetFlow Analyser Chosen by Miercom for WAN Optimisation Appliances
AdventNet has revealed that Miercom, the product testing and analysis agency, has chosen its ManageEngine NetFlow Analyser for testing the NetFlow data export accuracy of WAN Optimisation tools. The test involved Optimisation tools from Juniper Networks, Riverbed Technology and Orbital Data, the company is quoted to have said.
"When it comes to issuing comparison reports, we look for evaluation metrics that involve zero error whatsoever in the testing process—and NetFlow Analyser was an good choice. Data accuracy and in-depth analysis are of critical importance. Easy deployment and usability are the other prime criteria in this process and NetFlow Analyser scored highly on all these fronts,” said Rob Smithers, CEO, Miercom.
With instant real-time bandwidth usage reports on top applications, conversations, and hosts using bandwidth, NetFlow Analyser gives valuable insight into bandwidth usage in the enterprise without the complexity and expense involved in deploying hardware and software probes, the company said.
