ADA4898, the New Ultra Low Noise Operational Amplifier By Analog Devices
Analog Devices recentlty launched the ADA4898, latest addition to its portfolio of low-noise operational amplifiers (op amps). The ADA4898 offers designers a unique blend of low distortion, low noise, and high speed for applications that also require high precision, claimed Analog Devices.
Designed to work with Analog Device’s precision data converters, including the AD7631 and AD7634, the ADA4898 is especially suited for radar-based collision avoidance, medical instrumentation and other 16-bit and 18-bit precision instrumentation applications.
“Analog Devices continues to lead the industry in offering low-noise amplifier products. The ADA4898 is the next op amp to use the common-mode linearized input that ADI pioneered with the AD8099,” said Jim Doscher, product line director for High Speed Linear Products at Analog Devices. “The ADA4898 achieves unprecedented low ‘1/f’ and broadband noise for a high-speed amplifier.”
