Tata Elxsi Plans on Creating New Development Centers
The technology division of the multi-billion Tata Group, Tata Elxsi Limited, said that they would be setting up two new development centers in Coimbatore and Hyderabad, and expand its facility in Thiruvananthapuram to meet the scale-up requirements of the clients.
The two new development centers, with world-class facilities, satellite links, training and recreational facilities, will accommodate over 700 engineers and designers, claimed the company. The Thiruvananthapuram facility would be expanded to accommodate 1500 engineers. This facility currently houses 582 engineers.
The company further added saying that these new centers will assist customers worldwide on product design and development and provide them with high quality and time-to-market solutions through a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
These development centers will add on to Tata Elxsi’s existing design centers in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai.
