As small businesses around the world look for a cost-effective and easy way to protect their information, they are increasingly looking to online backup says EMC. Mozy provides an automatic and secure online backup service to more than 850,000 users across the globe.

Key features of the new Lenovo Online Data Backup service include:

• Open and locked file support, enabling business professionals to back up information without having to shut down any programs or interrupt workflow

• Bandwidth throttling, allowing users to control the amount of bandwidth the online data backup service consumes

• Privately managed encryption option using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)
