Gartner Honours TCS with Highest Possible Rating in MarketScope
Analyst firm Gartner has rated Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as ‘Strong Positive’ in the MarketScope for Business Intelligence and Performance Management Services, Western Europe, 2008 report. Developed by Gartner analysts as an assessment of the BI and PM capabilities of service providers, the MarketScope provides specific guidance for users who are deploying, or have deployed, products or services.
TCS claims that the company’s BIPM practice has a holistic view of Business Intelligence and Performance Management. TCS has created a service oriented framework called SOLAR to strategize and deliver the BIPM solution for the enterprise. The SOLAR framework brings the right alignment of ‘Integration, Intelligence and Innovation’ and ‘Process, Performance and Prediction’.
